COVID Community Grief Space – Jan 10, 2026

January 10 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm EST

Who is the space for:

This space is for anyone who is taking precautions against COVID and other airborne illnesses (masking in public, not eating in restaurants, testing and isolating as needed, etc.) to protect themselves and others, and is grieving.

With the acknowledgment that people may face barriers to taking preferred precautions due to the impact of capitalism and the end of the Public Health Emergency.

All grief is welcome.

Registration closes on Saturday 1/10, at 10 am ET.

What to Expect:

Jennifer-RitzSullivan is offering a peer-led space to grieve with other people in the COVID community. There will be a somatic exercise to begin, time to name our grief, questions to consider around grief, time to share in a large group and smaller break out rooms for us to connect. Everything is optional.

You will receive the link and questions 48 hours before the space.

Can’t attend but want to help? You can cover a spot for someone who cannot donate, share the space, or follow and uplift the work of Sunduq Al Sudan. All of your help is much appreciated.
