recording of our Twitter Space, Thursday, October 2nd
Last night we had a terrific Twitter Space event which we co-hosted with Air Support Project (listen to the recording of the event). The discussion focused on the United Nations “Healthy Indoor Air” event last week and what we can take from the event going forward in the fight for clean air as a human right for everyone.
Our guests included Adam Van Bavel, a long-COVID patient advocate and founder of Maryland Indoor Air Quality Advocates (MIAQA); Peter Cantone of Smart Air Defense, a for-profit company that provides consulting and air purification systems for schools; and Tony Colaneri, Vice President of R&D for Medify Air, and also co-founder of Illinois Stakeholders for Air Quality in Schools. Over a hundred listeners tuned in to hear some great discussions and comments, and we shared lots of information about the event and about how it can reinforce everyone's work with other projects and organizations.
We'll co-host Twitter Space meetings with Air Support Project every other Thursday evening, so stay tuned to our Twitter feed and our weekly and monthly newsletters for more info on the next Space. And we encourage you to sign up for Air Support Project's newsletter for updates on all the terrific work they're doing with getting their high-quality, low-cost, and flat-pack “Vello” air purifier to market.
